The NACCTEP Member Learning Exchange (MLX) provides a forum where community college teacher education faculty, administrators and staff from across the country can share ideas and resources. The NACCTEP MLX allows for the electronic sharing of programs, practices, and information that support and promote community college teacher education program success.
The NACCTEP MLX was designed by its architects to provide a wide range of items as packages. "Packages" can be anything - that support and enhance community college teacher education programs and promote student learning. Information from alternative certification, teaching strategies and marketing to partnerships, program development and recruitment and retention are just a few examples of items that can be shared (see more ideas about what a package might include).
You can search through the warehouse for packages using key words, categories or by college. Each package will be represented by a descriptive "packing slip" that includes the title of the item, its description, the creator's contact information, college involved in creating it, associated links to web sites and a collection of attachments. The attachments provided are free for educational use as long as credit is given to the file owner.
You are invited to share your "packages" by visiting the loading dock. Here you may create, check and modify your package at any time. They are categorized under the four "P's" of:
- Programs
- Policy
- Partnerships
- Practice
