RLO of the Month: March

As you may have read, I have been searching for the Pachyderm. To that end, I thought it might be interesting to take a look at a RLO created using Pachyderm.

First, I am a huge admirer of Ansel Adams' photography. So the first example that I selected features 7 works of Ansel Adams and has been created by SFMOMA, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and is titled, "Ansel Adams at 100."

I am so intrigued by Pachyderm in the way that it layers the information and you can continue digging through to gain more information as well as its multimedia dimensions - the use of still imagery in this example, combined with audio files (hearing Ansel Adams speak of his images and subjects), and primary sources (scanned documents and newspapers) provides a depth that is inexplainable.

As this journey continues, I will continue to share examples of RLOs created using Pachyderm, I even hope to create my own. In the meantime, please check out some of the other excellent examples at SFMOMA, it will give you a chance to look at the different templates and options available with pachyderm.
